Services Scope

We provide professional digital services including:

• PHP & Laravel Website Development
• WordPress Development
• Shopify Development
• E-commerce Solutions
• SEO Services
• Custom Web Applications

Note: We only provide development services. Domain and hosting are the client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Project Confirmation

• Every project begins after clear requirement discussion and agreement
• Pricing and delivery timeline are finalized before starting work
• Once confirmed, the project is assigned to the development team

Payment Terms

• Payments are generally collected after project completion
• In some cases, partial advance payment may be accepted
• All payments must be made only to the official account of the CEO: Fahad Ali Gohar
• No developer or team member is authorized to collect payments individually

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate project requirements
• Share necessary access (domain, hosting, etc.)
• Communicate only through official channels
• Avoid sharing sensitive information outside official groups

Development Process

• Project work starts immediately after confirmation
• A dedicated team is assigned (Developer + Monitoring + Admin)
• Updates are shared regularly in official WhatsApp group
• Client feedback is considered during development

Delivery Policy

• Standard delivery time is 1-2 days for basic projects
• Complex projects may take longer depending on requirements
• Delivery timelines may vary based on workload or project complexity
• We always aim for fast and high-quality delivery

Revisions & Changes

• Minor revisions are included during development phase
• Major changes after approval may be charged separately
• All changes must be requested through official channels

Team & Work Policy

• Our team includes permanent and freelance developers
• Each project is assigned based on skill and availability
• Misconduct, poor communication, or incomplete work may result in termination
• The company reserves the right to remove any team member at any time with reason

Client Safety & Security

• Clients are protected from fraud and scams
• No developer is allowed to request personal payments
• All communication must remain within official company channels
• ProxDigi is not responsible for losses due to unofficial communication

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services (hosting, domain, etc.)
• Any damage caused by unauthorized access or external communication is not our responsibility

Refund Policy

• Payments made after successful delivery are non-refundable
• Refunds (if any) are only considered in special cases and at company discretion

Support Policy

• Basic support is provided after project completion
• Long-term maintenance can be arranged separately
• Support requests must be made through official channels

Communication Rules

• All communication must remain in official WhatsApp groups or email
• No private deals with developers are allowed
• Any issue must be reported to admin immediately
